Here we are back with another one of my “Bigish” Boards where we hit on my Top 50 ranked guys in the class. This class has been one of my favorites to evaluate ever. Final Thoughts
- I haven’t finished all my evals or watched every player yet. So if your favorite player is missing, tell me to watch them.
- Trey Smith and Alex Leatherwood both got left off my board. After watching both again, Smith was very underwhelming compared to his 2019 tape. And for Leatherwood his feet are very heavy, and his movement feels clunky and slower. After watching him get toasted by Quincy Roche at the Senior Bowl that was the nail in the coffin for me.
- This exercise is interesting because its comparing apples to oranges to bananas to watermelons.
- Honestly there were like 5 to 7 guys that I could interchange easily with some of the guys towards the bottom of the list.
- Yes, Wilson is actually my QB4. There’s a lot of fun in him. But I also have major concerns, with his game. I think he dips out of the pocket too often, I think he plays too much “hero ball”, and I have some durability concerns.
